Refund policy

At Mighty Tiga, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with a product's quality or condition. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning or refunding faulty products, change of mind and cancellations of orders.

General Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back so we know who the parcel belongs to (details below).
  • All returns require an order number written on the label and a slip inside the parcel that lists your name, order number and best contact email.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size Returns:

Changed your mind after the order arrived? No problem, we can sort that out.

Email us at hello@mightytiga.com within 30 days of delivery. Write the order number on the outside of the parcel and slip a note inside with your name and order number so we can match the item to your account.

Please note that, as a small business, we are unable to refund shipping costs. Therefore, you cover the return postage and keep the tracking handy until the parcel reaches our studio. Once the item arrives in brand-new condition (see “General Eligibility”), we’ll refund the product price straight back to your original payment method. Original outbound shipping isn’t refundable, and the return postage isn’t reimbursed.

Faulty Products

Tell us within 14 days of delivery
Email hello@mightytiga.com with:

  • order number
  • a brief description of the fault
  • three clear photos of the issue

Assessment
Our team reviews your claim and may request extra info or pictures.

Return shipping on us
If the claim is approved we’ll email you a pre-paid label. Mighty Tiga covers all postage for verified faults.

Your choice of fix

  • Free replacement of the same item, or
  • Full refund to your original payment method.
    Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. You can request an order cancellation by reaching out to our Customer Service team via email at hello@mightytiga.com or by using the contact information provided on our website.

Once an order has been placed and the product has been shipped, we regret that we cannot cancel the order. Our order processing and shipping procedures are designed to ensure your order is delivered promptly.

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request if it is received before the product is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders that have already been processed for shipment. Once your order has shipped, it is considered final.
