Warranty Policy

At Mighty Tiga, we design gear for real dogs and real life. That’s why every product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.

If your gear fails when it shouldn’t, we’ll make it right.

What’s covered

Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that affect the safe use of your gear.

This includes:

• Rope coming undone, separating, or failing due to a construction fault
• Hardware failure, including carabiners, D-rings, or buckles that break or malfunction under normal use
• Stitching or assembly issues that compromise strength or safety

If your product breaks due to a production issue, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s not covered

While our gear is built to be tough, some things fall outside normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Chewing or bite damage
• Misuse or improper use (e.g. tethering, tie-outs, leaving dogs unattended)
• Normal wear and tear, including:
  • Minor fraying of rope fibres
  • Cosmetic changes such as fading or scuffs
• Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or improper care

Slight surface fraying is normal with rope products over time and does not affect strength or safety. However, rope failure or separation is not considered normal wear and is covered.

We’ll take a look and let you know the next steps. If it’s covered, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.
